Case study · Real estate

59 Realtors

A live property desk on Salesplix: Click-to-WhatsApp ads, a Buy vs List menu on the company number, website ingest, a 30-minute booking slot, and Call not received as a real stage. We describe the motion. We do not invent how many more visits they book.

What follows is taken from how the workspace is actually configured — flows, ingest, tags, booking, calling — without publishing lead volumes, ad copy, phone numbers, or anyone’s chat.

The desk

A property company with two jobs on one number.

59 Realtors sell and they take listings. That is not one script. People who message “I want a 3BHK” and people who message “I have a flat to list” must not get the same brochure. They do, however, often hit the same Click-to-WhatsApp ad or the same business number.

Before a company number, that split lived in brokers’ personal phones. Saturday coverage could not see Friday’s thread. A listing lead got a buyer pitch. A buyer who went quiet after the PDF was gone.

Salesplix is the desk: one card per person, an owner, a tag that says buyer or listing, a stage the floor already understands (including Call not received), and a calendar slot when the chat is ready. The live inventory still sits on their own site. Salesplix does not replace the portal. It keeps the person.

WhatsApp Business

The company number greets. Then a menu.

Inbound welcome is a published automation — not a person typing “hi” two hundred times. The first screen is a choice: Buy, Sell / List, or Contact us, with the live site offered in the same message.

  • Click-to-WhatsApp ads land in this flow, including referral keywords from Meta
  • The thread is on the business API number, not a broker SIM
  • If a broker replies from the desk, the bot can pause so it does not talk over them
  • Hindi and English keywords both resolve Buy vs List — the intent, not the language, is the branch
Inbound welcome, live
  1. Welcome on the business number
  2. Buy / List / Contact
  3. Questions + tag
  4. Booking or listing help
  5. Owner works the card

Two paths

Buy is not list. The graph says so.

This was rebuilt on purpose after a period where buy and list were collapsing into each other. The live flow keeps them apart: different questions, different tags, different next steps.

Buy

  • Ask name
  • Ask where they want to buy
  • Ask budget
  • Tag as property buyer
  • Offer a 30-minute meeting
  • Send them to the live site for inventory
  • A broker continues from the card — location and range already there

Sell / list

  • Tag as property listing — not buyer
  • Send them to list on the site
  • Then: I listed / Need help / Call us
  • Help is photos and location, not a 3BHK brochure
  • Call us is a human, not another menu
  • The listing card is what the desk works, not a fake buyer row

Contact us is a third branch: site plus a way to reach a person. It is not a dump into the buy script. That sounds obvious. Mixed inboxes do it wrong every day.

Site and ads

They already buy demand. Ingest keeps it on one person.

Two ingest channels sit on the company. One is the public website: forms write in with a match strategy of external id, then phone, then email. So a visitor who already messaged on WhatsApp does not become a second lead. The other is an AI-agent path — a Voiceplix / agentic write that is the same kind of object as a form. The voice outcome is not a side spreadsheet.

Click-to-WhatsApp is the other half. The ad is the first message. They may never have touched the site. They still get the welcome and the menu. Referral data from Meta can be part of how the flow decides it is a real inbound, not a ghost.

Portals stay portals. Salesplix does not try to be MagicBricks. When a portal or a partner does send a person, they are tagged and owned like everyone else.

Voiceplix and the dialer

The number still answers when the floor does not.

Property demand does not respect office hours. A Voiceplix agent on a number the company owns can take the first hello, retry when nobody picks up, and write the outcome onto the same card the broker opens in the morning. The broker is not starting over.

  1. 01

After hours: Voiceplix greets on a number you own. High-level Buy vs List. A slot or a handoff — not a voicemail.

  2. 02

No answer: retry, then WhatsApp fallback. The row sits in Call not received. That stage is in active use on this desk.

  3. 03

The broker’s inbound screen can show name, last chat, and whether this is a buyer or a lister before they pick up.

  4. 04

A call-status AI rule exists so hangup can attach a next step — send the 3BHK, confirm Saturday — instead of a recording nobody will play.

  5. 05

Voiceplix does not replace the floor. It covers the gap. Quoted with Voiceplix commercial terms on a demo, not as a public self-serve price on Salesplix.

The calendar

Thirty minutes, offered in the chat.

Booking is enabled for the company with a 30-minute grid. The buy path offers a meeting once name, location, and budget are in. That is the difference between “we’ll see you Saturday” and a time the whole desk can see.

A day on the floor

Saturday still has an owner.

  1. 1Morning inbox: Call not received, new Meta leads, visits due today — not a personal chat list.
  2. 2Overnight Click-to-WhatsApp already has a welcome and a menu answer, or a Voiceplix attempt logged on the card.
  3. 3Brokers dial from the card. A lister who stalled on photos gets help, not another buyer brochure.
  4. 4Website forms from the night match into existing WhatsApp threads. No clone leads.
  5. 5Afternoon: tomorrow’s meetings reminded on WhatsApp. Yesterday’s no-shows in a retry queue.
  6. 6Evening: the business number still answers. Monday’s broker reads the card. Nobody hunts chats at 9pm.

What we will not claim

No invented visit rates.

We will not publish how many leads they have, how many listings converted, or a percentage this page made up. Those numbers are theirs. The public story is the motion: a company WhatsApp number, a Buy vs List split, website ingest with identity match, a 30-minute booking, Call not received as a stage, Voiceplix covering the ring the floor cannot take, and a card that survives the broker.

If you run a property desk, the useful comparison is your own contact rate, your own unbooked brochures, and whether Saturday is owned. That is what a demo is for.
