Sales calling and follow-up

A missed call is still a lead.

SIM campaigns for the day’s list. SIP on a number you own. Call not received is a stage. The outcome is written before the next number rings.

Inbound Missed Retry SIM queue SIP The queue
Missed, retry, connect — then a note on the card.

What changes

The floor can see it.

Stage

Call not received

Both named customers use it as a real bucket. It is not a voicemail pile and it is not “new” forever.

Queue

The list decides the order

Truvynex runs SIM dialer campaigns for programme lists and “today / yesterday”. Reps do not pick favourites.

Note

Hangup writes the next step

AI post-call processing can sit on hangup. Coaching reads the card, not a random recording.

How it works

From trigger to the record

  1. 1 Inbound on SIM or SIP: caller ID from the card if we already know them
  2. 2 Nobody picks up: the row is Call not received, not deleted
  3. 3 Dialer builds a queue from a filter (stage, tag, date) with retry delay and a call window
  4. 4 The SE dials from the card; the call-end form is the gate to the next lead
  5. 5 WhatsApp fallback can fire from the same automation graph
  6. 6 SIP, where enabled, is the company number — Truvynex has SIP on for the workspace

What it replaces

Not another app on the side.

Instead of

  • Notebook of missed calls
  • Personal SIMs, unrecorded
  • “I’ll call them later” with no later
  • Manager sampling recordings once a week

On Salesplix

  • A stage the whole floor understands
  • Company calling with a window and a cap
  • Mandatory outcome on hangup
  • Summary on the timeline the same day

Recipes

How teams actually use it

  1. 01

Missed inbound → stage Call not received → retry window → WhatsApp

  2. 02

SIM campaign: all “today” rows, working hours only

  3. 03

Programme-specific queue (example: a franchise / clinic list) so scripts stay clean

  4. 04

Call-status rule: AI processing when the call ends

  5. 05

Connected → next step required before the next dial

Where it shows up

Same product. Different booked action.

The pipeline label changes. The card does not.
