This page exists so Razorpay and customers have a clear delivery record. Astrosia CRM, sold via Salesplix, is a digital software-as-a-service product. We do not ship physical goods. There is no courier, no COD, and no shipping charge.
Purchases are billed by Astrosia Technologies LLP through Razorpay. Your contract for new purchases is with the LLP.
Everything is delivered electronically to the email used at checkout and to the Account associated with that email. Typical fulfilment is immediate after a successful Razorpay capture. If payment succeeds and access is not enabled, email support@astrosia.com with the Razorpay payment id.
The website is operated from India. You may buy from anywhere Razorpay accepts the payment, subject to the currency path shown at checkout (INR plus GST for India; USD export-of-services where offered).
If payment is captured but we cannot deliver access for a reason on our side, we will enable the Account or follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation of auto-renewal does not undo a captured charge.
